Exactly What I...
I always feel lost at the beginning of the new year, but I started taking this essence and doing the journal questions about 2 weeks ago and find I’m feeling focused with a sense of purpose this year.

New Year's Revelations...
I love this essence! So much revelation! Today, 1/1/24 I didn't even have to ask a question and received revelation for 2024. I was led to several dreams I had before taking this essence, I received more revelation about the dreams and also gave me questions to ask. The emails from Seneca are helpful. I especially like the email about the process is about developing a skill, not a gift, and it is okay not being 30 for 30 and to keep listening.

Friends and I had similar dream...
I shared mine with friends who were unfamiliar with the concept of flower essences, but were experienced with attuning to the Holy Spirit. When I asked if they'd discerned anything from taking the essence over the past 10 days, neither one had anything specific they could connect to the essence, but both had been reporting different experiences of dream recall and insight upon waking (in the morning, and waking in the middle of the night). When I pointed out that could have been enhanced by the wormwood and other frequencies in the essence they both sensed the unexpected synergy.

My question regarding the New Year was about my purpose. I received a clear answer and confirmation for something that has been occasionally popping into my mind and I would always dismiss it and not take it seriously. Not anymore, I now know for sure. New Year's Revaluation...
First of all, I like this sort of thing. Rather than starting the new year off with a resolution, starting it off with a program or exercises to start the year off with some mindfulness or intention. I did follow the program as best I could, considering my circumstances. I wrote a daily question down, and even followed up by writing the topic of each question on a grid calendar so I could keep track of what I had asked at a glance. Due to the chaotic nature of my current schedule, I really didn't give each question the attention it deserved. If I had been able to, I would have written the question down and put it in a spot where I could see it once an hour. I think that would have been so much more useful. Obviously, when you are in chaos, and have no work life balance, it's difficult to focus on anything. That's my challenge at this time. It is said that there's opportunity in chaos, and that is what I am hoping for. Or at least a way for the chaos to work in my favor.
