All of our shipping is done through the US Post Office. We are located in Po-dunk Idaho at a place that is affectionately called "The Gateway to the Wilderness." We do not have a local UPS or Fed-Ex office and nothing overnights from here.
When you place an order, we will usually ship out the following day, in some cases the day after. Custom Combos may take a little more time, but we understand the importance of being timely when you are hurting or under pressure.
We can ship to almost any address in the world, however, it is the international buyer's responsibility to to know will make it through customs in their country. We also ship through the postal service, so if you don't trust yours (I'm talking to you Africa, India is iffy too) you may want to work with a company called MyUS. We do have a distributor in South Africa, so no shipping issues there. Freedom Flowers is located in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
In addition to USPS shipping fees, local taxes, duties and customs fees will be charged on receipt of the package. If a package must be abandoned due to exorbitant costs, the customers is liable for the cost of the products. Customs arrangements and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, stolen or damaged:
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Tracking is available on all US packages and most international. (Some countries do not use our tracking codes.) You are emailed this upon shipping, but if you loose the email, we can get you the tracking information. If damaged, and your order was large enough to ship Priority, a certain amount of insurance is automatically included. Keep all your original packing and the damaged goods, contact us, and we'll see what we can do.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom Combos are not available for returns. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
How To Return
If you have not opened the mailed package, you can simply give it back to your mail carrier or take it to the Post Office and tell them you are "refusing it." This will send it back to me free of charge.
If you have opened the package but the bottle is still sealed, contact us and we'll get you a pre-paid shipping label you can print and tape to the package. We will deduct the actual shipping cost (which will be less than you mailing it at the PO) from your refund amount.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
