I could tell my body was...
After a few days of taking this essence, I noticed that my internal voice seemed like it had the mic. I remembered reading how this essence was used by many people to influence their body's behaviors by using their internal voice. I decided to try an experiment-- one night I told my body and nervous system, "YOU ARE SAFE. YOU ARE SAFE." That night, I had wonderful dreams and woke up feeling refreshed. Really cool result from this special essence.

Speaking in the Holy...
There was something captivating about this essence. I love this flower— it is beloved in eastern culture and used for baked goods and drink. So, when I saw that there was an essence for it, I had to try it. I took this along with the rose gem essence and it was a wonderful experience. I began to, unprompted, speak in the spirit language. I had an inhibition before, however with this combination it just flowed so naturally and beautifully- I sang, worshipped and prayed— it was glorious.

Chrysanthemum
I have so many wonderful essences from Freedom Flowers it's hard to choose! My Chrysanthemum was taking a back seat to some other essences until recently. I just started taking it again and notice an immediate shift when aligning my body and soul under my spirit and all under the Holy Spirit. It's not new for me, but using the essence with it adds a layer of intention and awareness that is noticeable. Thank you, Senaca for another amazing product!

I started with chrysanthemum and sapphire. My ability to remain calm and not feel like I have to solve everything. Feels like I can ket go and let God.
