Why do special orders cost more?
Special orders are priced higher because they are not pre-made and sitting on the shelf ready to ship. They are prepared specifically for your order, which adds extra handling, production time, and processing compared to a standard in-stock item. Because of that, special orders may also take a few extra days before they are ready to ship.
