Why do reorders cost more than shelf products?
Reorders are not pre-made and sitting on the shelf ready to ship. Your blend is prepared specifically for your order, which adds extra handling and production time. Because of that, reorders may take a few extra days before they are ready to ship.
Please note:
- No consultation is included and no changes can be made to the blend. If you want adjustments, that requires a new custom: order an Emotion Focused Custom Combo or Physical Focused Custom Combo.
- Reorders are only available for blends we originally made for you, your legal dependent, or your own pet.
- We must be able to match your order to a custom we previously made for you. If we can't, your order will be canceled and returned as store credit, which you're welcome to put toward a new custom.
- Reorders are made to order and non-refundable.
- DIY Customs cannot be reordered. For a new DIY Custom order here.

- Choosing the vinegar base? Apple cider vinegar-based essences have a shelf life of about 1 year compared to brandy's indefinite shelf life, and have a mild vinegar tang in plain water.
