Flower essences Used: 

Bee Balm is an explosive little energy generator. It ignites passion that we need to carry on with projects or goals, and helps us find joy and inspiration in the day to day. Bee Balm gives you something to look forward to, while being able to enjoy the moment you’re in. 
Habanero brings in a greater flow of energy throughout the body and a mental awakening. Often there are emotions that interfere with our momentum and cause us to stay stagnant.  Habanero can bring those forward for you to process.
Horseradish puts you back in the driver’s seat. You can move forward and change direction. Feeling stuck? Feeling like a victim of circumstance? Feeling frustrated or fearful? Horseradish powers through all that. You'll have to take responsibility for your situation, but Horseradish will build you up, fire you up, and move you out of your current rut by dislodging fear, low self-esteem and blame-shifting. 
Wild Rose assists where there has been a shut down, and the person is resigned to their current situation, unable to see any way out. There is no fight in them, only acceptance of their fate as an inevitability. Wild Rose brings life back in, with a new found inner freedom to live life to fullness even though it is filled with trials.

    Ignite seems to give me actual energy and enthusiasm for accomplishing whatever needs to get done. It does help me focus and I feel more creative, and I get more excited about being creative. So far so good.

Not only that I was able to ask, "tell me more of what you mean when you say that," And amazingly that calmed the situation so that we could have a deeper conversation

    I thought I would have some fun with Ignite after a deep and cathartic healing process with Heart Healer. It kicked in within the week. I was hoping to use it to boost some creativity in my writing, but it made me all gung ho to get creative in the kitchen instead. Every meal time menu was an effort I wanted to make and have fun with. My family didn't complain one bit. Earlier cooking would have been one more chore I had to get done. But with Ignite I started looking forward to cooking again and experimenting. Ignite is definitely a fun blend to try!

What are flower essences?

Flower essences are energetic remedies made by capturing the vibrational imprint of a flower in water. They're designed to help shift emotional and mental patterns by interacting with the body’s energetic field.

Are they essential oils?

Nope—totally different category. Flower essences are made using only the blossoms of a plant and are considered energetic remedies. They contain no scent and are usually taken orally. Essential oils are aromatic extracts made from various parts of a plant and act through biochemical pathways.
