Flower Essences Used:
 
Potato counteracts spaciness, daydreaming, escapism, and trouble seeing the big picture.  Potato is grounding, helping you make sense of new or abstract concepts and integrate the information in everyday life.  With Potato, the phrase "so heavenly minded you're no earthly good" comes to mind.  The truth is, being heavenly minded makes you a lot of earthly good, but only if you can bring it down to earth in practical manner.  Potato helps you hold on to those insights and act accordingly. 
 
Comfrey essence's balance to the nervous system can bring about beneficial effects on memory, helping with retention of information as well as accessing deeper "buried memories." May stimulate dormant or atrophied areas of the brain to become more active. 
Habanero brings clarity when there is mental fogginess, absentmindedness, forgetfulness or inability to focus.  It does this by clearing out repressed trauma which results in a greater flow of energy throughout the body and a mental awakening.  This essence may require you to process some things that you have suppressed in the past. 
 
White Chestnut stops excessive mental chatter, repetitive or obsessive thought patterns that can rob you of focusing on the topic or task at hand.  White Chestnut is like a mental organizer, installing calm and peace by bringing the right thoughts to the forefront at appropriate times. 
Blue Lupine simplifies issues that may have been confusing or overwhelming you.  It helps you stay calm and focused, and may help with hyperactivity. 
 
Camas flower essence assists in brain hemispheric balance (right/left). It clears obstacles and negativity and is especially indicated for learning disorders, communication issues, focus, grounding and sound healing.
 
Peppermint helps bring clarity to those who have trouble concentrating when tired, especially for the post-lunch slump.

    I love my Freedom Flower Essences! I use Focus in my drinks throughout the day when I’m working. And when I really want to get things done I use Focus with Ignite, or Focus with M & M.

    My daughter has been using this essence for about a month. Nothing too striking yet. I know it takes at least 3 weeks to notice anything but I always respond so quickly. I realized these are long standing issues that probably need an extended period of use. Look forward to the months to come.

    I came across this product after speaking with a friend who has worked with flower essences for decades. I am in love with this product! Some days I forget to add it to my water/coffee and I definitely notice a difference. It helps me to be able to focus on tasks at hand, especially for work, without getting so mentally distracted. I have recommended this to other friends as well. Truly a great product and I am looking forward to trying other blends.

    I have purchased Focus a few times now, and it's one of those essentials I cannot bear to be without. I have a tendency to being scattered, and when I get tired it gets hard to think straight, and wonderful Focus comes to my rescue Each and Every time I use it.
