Additionally, we often use essences in custom blends that aren’t available in the off-the-shelf blends, because they are very specific to unique problems and the premade blends are formulated to help a wide range of people.
How It Works:
- You'll get an email right after you purchase to sign the Vital Essence Association Membership Agreement and liability release
- After you sign both, you'll get an email from one of our bioessence practitioner member partners to schedule your consultation
- You discuss the physical problem you want the blend to address
- Your practitioner will create a proposal for a custom blend of bioessences
- You'll look this over in an email, and will need to finalize or ask for a revision before we create your blend
- When you give us the “ok” we’ll make up your bottle and ship it out.

- Is the custom combo included with the consultation?
Yes, the purpose of the consultation is to make your custom combo. The price includes your custom blend and the consult. Unless you choose the reorder option which just includes the combo without consultation. - Can I get a consultation without the combo?
No, not through Freedom Flowers. You would need to contact a naturopath separately to arrange other services. - Is this for emotional issues?
No, if you want a flower essence blend to address emotional issues you need to order an Emotion Focused Custom Combo instead. - What happens in a consultation?
Each bioessence practitioner has their own approach. Some may use questionnaires, others may just want to chat about your needs. Bios for each practitioner are available below for you to get a feel for who you want to work with. - How do I use the essences?
Same dosage as with all the other essences. We recommend not taking any other bioessences with your Custom blend but flower essences are fine (You can take both a physically focused and emotion focused custom at the same time but will have to order each and go through each consultation). You should be familiar with basic essence usage and how to scale your dose up and down before ordering a Custom. Your practitioner will not spend consultation time going over these instructions.

You agree to actually communicate to the best of your ability what is bothering you. Listing emotions without any context will not get you an effective blend. It is also not our job to diagnose you.

If you are new to essences, you agree to educate yourself through one or more of the many channels we’ve made available. Consultation time will not be used to explain basics of what essences are, what your dosage should be, etc. The very best way to learn is to be on our email list. Here is another resource. Essences can stir stuff up. We make no guarantees that you will not experience emotional upheaval or healing crises. Again, please educate yourself (see above point) to learn to recognize and mitigate these occurrences.

Custom combos are non-refundable once we've started the process, meaning the consultation has been done.
Ordering for Another Person:
You may only order for yourself or your legal dependents. Your children over 18 are adults and need to order for themselves. Your spouse is an adult and needs to order for themselves. If you are a practitioner of some kind, your clients are not your dependents, they need to order themselves.
If you order for another person that is not your dependent we will not do the consultation with you, nor will we have you play middleman forwarding emails to the intended recipient. Your order will be refunded and you will need to encourage the person to order themselves if they would like a Custom Combo.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Custom combo essences are non-refundable. If you go through the consultation process, and decide you don’t want your essence, you’ll get $35 plus your shipping cost back. Our return policy for non-custom essences is over here.

- We suggest you work on no more than 3 health goals at a time, and only use one frequency set (bioessence) at a time. So you can start with an energy one in the morning for instance, and a wind down one at night, or figure out how to best time out your different frequencies over the course of a day. Dr. Geneve Bean was born and raised in SE Idaho on a small farm. She too has worn many hats in life. As a child she had many health issues and ran the gamut of modern healthcare.
