Loving my...
I've been using Peaceful Sleep for a few weeks and it has greatly improved my sleep patterns. While I don't necessarily use it throughout the day, 4 drops under my tongue with water does the trick for me. I've also used Stay Calm first thing in the morning for several months. Both have been a real game changer for me. My husband loves that I am finally in a good mood. yuk yuk

FINALLY found help for my insomnia!
I’ve endured insomnia for many years and have tried countless natural remedies and meditative techniques ( I cannot physically tolerate any medications nor would I want to take them). Nothing had helped me until I started taking Peaceful Sleep. It allows me to fall asleep easily and sleep deeply. While I do still wake up a couple of times during the night, I am able to fall back to sleep quickly. I love my Peaceful sleep essence! It really helps quiet my racing thoughts so that when I wake up during the night I can easily fall back asleep. This is a beautiful solution to my unique issue without taking medication, so I'm very happy. Even melatonin can be over-utilized. I also find it's working better every day with continued use. It's important to read the information she sends with each essence, or you won't get the most out of it

So grateful for the Peaceful Sleep essence. Like others have suggested, I take 4 drops only when I wish to fall asleep (not during the day). If I'm not asleep in 10-15 minutes, I take another 4 drops. Works. Every. Time. I plan to share with my entire family. Thank you for this blend, it's wonderful!

Peaceful sleep… perfect name for it!
I’ve struggled with sleep for a long time and tried other otc options. But I knew they weren’t long term fixes. This is. It’s drug free and only helps, never hurts. There are still times that I wake up during the night but I know it’s hormones and will gradually subside. I stick with my Peaceful Sleep and things always settle down. I opt to put 5 or 6 drops on my tongue before bed and oh my goodness…nighty night. I’m a huge fan and recommend it highly.
