Flower essences can help with virtually any emotional problem you may be having. Sometimes it's not that easy to just "get over it" or "think positive". You need a little help to break free of the old patterns. Flower essences can speed the healing process along.
A Custom Blend is far superior to buying a Bouquet Blend that isn't quite what you need it to be or trying to take multiple blends (remember, we say not to do that). Ordering a Custom Blend may also save you money over buying several bottles of individual essences to get what you need.
Additionally, we often use flowers in custom blends that aren’t available in the off-the-shelf blends, because they are very specific to unique problems and the Bouquet Blends are formulated to help a wide range of people.
How It Works:
- You'll get an email right after you purchase to sign the liability release
- After you sign the release, you'll get an email from your flower essence practitioner to start your consultation
- You discuss your most important problem that’s at the forefront of your life right now (discuss, as in you share a little bit about what's going on, not just lists of symptoms with no explanation) If you don't want to talk about it then our pre-made blends are going to be a better fit. Customs are only as good as the info you share with us to tailor it to you.
- Your practitioner will create a proposal for a custom blend of up to seven individual (not blends) flower essences
- You'll look this over in an email, and will need to finalize or ask for a revision before we create your blend
- When you give us the “ok” we’ll make up your bottle and ship it out. You’ll also get a sheet with the attributes of all the flowers used

Process and Expectations
- The consultation will be conducted by email only.
- When I place my order I will get an email to sign the liability release. I understand I must sign this release before my consultation can begin.
- It is my duty to respond to the consultation emails in a timely manner. I agree to respond within 5 days of making my purchase and understand that if I do not respond within 5 days, my order will be canceled and I will receive store credit so I can try again when I have time to respond.
- The consultation will include a discussion to identify areas of support and create a custom blend tailored to my needs.
- This consultation is for an emotionally focused custom blend. While sharing physical health issues may give some emotional root clues, I understand that the purpose of this consultation is not to discuss physical health needs and the blend will not be made solely on physical health information.
- Adjustments to the recommended blend can be made based on my feedback prior to finalizing the blend.
- It is expected that my consultation and finalizing the blend will be completed within a week of the consultation beginning. If I fail to respond to emails and confirm the suggested essences for my blend the consultant will either approve the blend on my behalf for shipping or will refund me a store credit of $35 plus shipping costs depending on how far we had gotten with the consultation at the time I stopped replying in a timely manner.
Voluntary Participation
- My participation is voluntary, and I can discontinue at any time.
- No guarantees are made regarding the outcomes of using flower essences.
- I understand that there are no refunds should I be unhappy with my blend. It is my duty to provide my consultant with as much information as is helpful to create the blend and my duty to approve the blend suggestions. The effectiveness of the blend will depend on my ability to adequately communicate my needs.
Education and Responsibility
- I agree to educate myself on the proper usage of flower essences and to follow the dosing instructions provided.
- I acknowledge the possibility of a healing crisis and accept responsibility for educating myself on how to handle one should it arise.
- I acknowledge that Freedom Flowers has made education materials abundantly available and it is my responsibility to make use of those resources.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
- I assume full responsibility for my participation and use of the flower essence blend.
- I affirm I have truthfully represented who this essence consultation is for and agree that the consultation may only be for myself or my legal dependents.
- I release the flower essence practitioner, Freedom Flowers, and associated entities from any liability for potential reactions or outcomes related to the use of the flower essences.
Refunds and Cancellations
Custom combo essences are non-refundable. If you go through the consultation process, and decide you don’t want your essence, you’ll get $35 plus your shipping cost back. Our return policy for non-custom essences is over here.

Custom...
A friend recommending Freedom Flowers warned me the effect could be intense. I’ve had a lot of intense in my healing journey and wasn’t sure I wanted more! So I chose to try the custom blend. Communicating via email Seneca was able to hone in on a combo that gently supports my healing journey. I feel significantly more steady, which is wonderful as I learn to manage strong emotions. Custom Combo for my...
My son has developmental delays and with it came some pretty significant mood swings that are very difficult for him to cope with over the past few years. This has included professional behavior interventionists and violence at school. It's been so much trial and error to help discipline and support him. He is 14 now, but 8 years ago he was friendly, funny, carefree, whimsical, affectionate. I asked Seneca for her advice via a few back and forth emails, and we came up with 7 essences to help some target areas. He's been taking it twice or three times daily for a month and a half. As a mom, I have to say it is like I am getting my son "back" from before he was having these huge mood swings of aggression and defiance and the changing difficulty communicating his needs. And he is enjoying peace of mind and joy again. He can play independently without anxiety, and express his frustrations clearly. He randomly will smile at me through the day and say "I love you mommy". We can work through bad moods and come out hugging. Cannot say enough thanks. I love my son and I missed this happy side of him so much.

Progress
While my body hasn't changed (yet), I feel like I have made some soul progress. I feel more positive, there is an uptick in my energy/motivation, some prayer insight... It's a little too soon to tell for sure if it's not a fluke, but I have noticed my migraines have dropped in frequency as well. I feel good about the progress and intend to continue.

Amazing
I did one of the custom combo flower bottles. I got a little bit thought… you know I think I might feel different? Was not sure. But then I went over a week without using it. And I really could tell it had been working! I could see the difference mentally once I quit using them!

More like me...
I’ve been taking the custom combo for almost a month now and I have to say I do feel more like me again. I’m more focused, less anxious. Most days I am able to face the day with a much better outlook and more confidence. I am better able to set goals for the day and accomplish them which I haven’t done in a very long time. I was concerned that because of my issues, my custom combo might take me into shifts that were too quick causing distress but actually it’s been very gentle, more like later you realize you’re not struggling. So I give it a double thumbs up! I plan to keep taking it for a long time maybe just tweaking it here and there. What is most valuable about the custom combo is the ability to change it up as you progress in your healing journey. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful to see tangible...
I've been using the flower essences for a few years, but now 2 years into the pandemic and have been broadsided, hit by a bus, and run over by a truck, it seemed time to get some guidance. I am so pleased to report that some of the areas I was feeling most challenged by resolved within a very short time, and by looking at the longer standing areas, I feel confident knowing which blends to use next to continue making progress.

Finally... real...
I've come to understand it is pretty common for people to be unsure of who they are and their life's purpose. I have been searching for many, many years along these lines and have been stuck. I was living with an "obligation" motivation instead of a true yes, layers of shame and guilt, depression, significant fear, expectation of rejection and generational wounding. These things were worse, MUCH WORSE, during a certain phase of my cycle. First off, I want to let you know Seneca and her team care deeply about their clients. I wrote my initial email during my "crisis" time and saved it, unedited, until that passed and I could have productive conversation with less emotion and stress. After the crisis mode, I added more notes and sent my request for a custom blend. The response was very quick and Seneca asked questions to ensure they were putting together the correct blend to address the pieces making up the whole of my situation. I've been taking it for only about three weeks, which carried my through the part of my cycle where emotionally and mentally things usually get very, very bad. They didn't. I won't say I "breezed" through but I didn't feel crazy either, so that's huge. I also have noticed I'm making decisions based on what I choose to do versus what I feel I "should do" or "have to do". This is also huge. I'm continuing to seek help from others on healing, shame, guilt, obligation, and learning my cylical energy. I actually CHOSE TO REST when I was feeling tired and unwell versus "pushing through" and winding up worse off in the end. I am finding my voice. I am learning to take up space and stop apologizing for being alive. I am healing. I am making steady progress instead of the back and forth, feeling like a failure cycle I had been stuck in for so long.
