I love these essences!
I've been using Seneca's essences for 4 or 5 years now! I even had her on one of my podcasts to talk about these great products! I absolutely hate it when I forget and let myself run out of one and I do take many of them! I suggest them to my clients quite often when they are having struggles. Nutrition and frequency are two of my favorite items to talk about in The Wellness Space! I take the sleep every single night without fail. Vitality Blend---A Must-have
I am on a challenging spiritual path in which I am going through big, major shifts regularly and that disrupts the balance of my physical body in a big way, depleting me of Life Force Energy a lot of the time. It definitely helps with energy and motivation but I may have to take it slow and only start with one drop because it gave a really bad headache.

I didn’t experience instant bolts of energy or changes as I have with other blends. But this was more subtle, and I have no doubts about the effectiveness because overall I’m becoming more aware and making positive changes that were difficult to make when my energy was depleted.

I take Vitality FE when I need a pick me up that last all day, but doesn't interrupt my meditation time or sleep. This is it! I feel good and accomplished when I take Vitality FE. I honestly love how I take it for a day or two and then my body adapts to it and I can move on to another FE because the energy is there. This may not happen to everyone right away. I'm so sensitive to the FE's that majority of the time, I feel a difference within my first few sips. Vitality FE works wonderful in cup of herbal coffee.
