What’s in it?
Burdock – Traditionally associated with heaviness and metals, Burdock helps loosen emotional ties that make burdens harder to release. Early testers reported noticing support specifically around mercury, lead, and aluminum, though its action is not limited to these.
Milk Thistle – Vibrationally parallels the herbal form traditionally used for physical cleansing, but works on the emotional level. Many find it supportive for releasing toxic feelings that “sit heavy” in the liver area, and for encouraging alignment with the choices we already know support us.
Self Heal – Often included in bioresonance blends for its motivational quality. It encourages us to do the things we know are supportive: eating, drinking, and living in ways that align with our individual needs.

What are bioresonance essences?
These are frequencies we imprint into water using electromagnetic frequencies and near infra-red or blue light. The blends combine flower essences to address the emotional components of the problem, and some frequencies of nutrients or herbs known to help. This is experimental technology that does not have scientific backing.
What are flower essences?
Flower essences are a form of healing using the frequencies of flowers to alter negative emotional patterns. Flower essences do not directly impact the body.
Are they essential oils?
Short answer, no. Flower essences are made using only the flowers of a plant and is a purely energetic form of healing. Essential oils are made from any aromatic part of the plant and are a biochemical form of healing. Flower essences have no scent and are normally ingested; essential oils are usually applied to the skin.
How do you use these essences?
You simply add 4 drops to whatever you're drinking. In most drinks, the taste isn't noticeable. In plain water, it's slightly noticeable, but most people think it improves the taste of the water. You'll want to subscribe to our emails because we tell you everything you need to know there.
Do I need supplements if the frequencies are in there?
Yes. If you see the frequency version of a vitamin, mineral or herb in the blend, your body still needs some raw materials to work with. Frequencies are not a substitute for actual vitamins and minerals, but more of a signal to the body that can interact with cell receptors in a way that is similar to the physical nutrients.
Are they safe?
Yes! Babies, pets, elderly, pregnant or nursing women, people on medications, and people with allergies can all use essences. They work on an energetic level, so you can still use them with whatever plant or pharmaceutical-based interventions.
Can I use this if I have allergies?
When you're looking at the different ingredients that make up a blend, and you see Goldenrod is listed as an ingredient, what that actually means is that the frequency of Goldenrod flowers is in there. Not actual Goldenrod plant parts. Nobody is allergic to frequencies, just things of an organic or chemical nature. Your immune system has to have an actual substance to go to war on. Such as a latex or alcohol allergy (our dropper tops are made of latex and we use brandy as our preservative). But in those cases we do have workarounds. More info here.
