All of our essences are made with brandy as the preservative. You can read more on brandy here.
If you want any essence made with vinegar instead of brandy as the preservative you will need to purchase it as a special order.
A few things to keep in mind:
- ACV-based essences are made to order, so they may take a few extra days to process before shipping
- They have a shorter shelf life (about 1 year when stored properly) compared to brandy-based essences which last indefinitely
- The taste is slightly more noticeable—there's a mild vinegar tang in water, though it's not usually noticeable in flavored drinks
