For those wanting Seneca to go to a locale and make their specific dream flower essence, this listing is for you! 

How the Pricing Works

The booking fee is $5,000, which serves as:

1. Project initiation

2. Time-blocked travel availability

3. Research, planning & scouting

4. All transportation, lodging & travel logistics (domestic or international)

5. Professional essence preparation & QC

Actual costs vary by location and complexity, so any remaining balance after real travel expenses is refunded.
You’re never paying more than the true cost.
You’re simply securing the trip without needing multiple rounds of cost-estimating first.

What’s Included

✔ Travel (airfare + baggage + ground transport)
✔ Lodging + meals while on site
✔ Time + labor during trip
✔ Research + sourcing prep
✔ Essence production
✔ Final bottled mother essence shipped back to you

What Isn’t Included

• Copies, licensing, resale, or commercial manufacturing
• Weather-or access-related delays
• Extreme-location gear if required (Arctic, desert, mountaintop, etc.)

Before I pack my bags…

Have a particular flower or place in mind? Here are some of the questions I’ll ask as we work out whether your commission is possible:

• What flower are we looking for, and where is it growing? Do you know a specific spot, or will finding it be part of the trip? Photos and an exact location are helpful.
• Who owns or manages the land? Is it your property, someone else’s, or public land? Who can give permission for me to access it?
• Am I allowed to pick flowers there? Will I need a collecting permit or the landowner’s permission? Being allowed to visit a place doesn’t necessarily settle whether I can collect from it.
• When does it bloom at that location? Is someone nearby who can check the plants as the expected bloom window approaches?
• What does getting there actually involve? Can I drive up, or are we talking about a hike, a boat, locked gates, a guide, or special equipment?
• What are the conditions on site? Is there a suitable place to set up and work? Are there restrictions on how long I can stay or what I can bring?
• How flexible is your timing? What if the flowers bloom early, the weather doesn’t cooperate, or access falls through?
• Does it need to be that exact plant in that exact place? Or would another location work if the original plan isn’t feasible?

You don’t need to have every answer before contacting me. These are the details we’ll need to work through together. A meaningful location is a wonderful starting point; getting there, having permission, and finding the flowers ready are part of making the essence happen.
