What do you mean "frequencies?"

What about herx/die off?

How do I take it/what's the protocol?
Same as with all the other essences: 4 drops in whatever beverage you’re drinking, all your drinks. For pets, 4 drops in their water bowl every time you refill it, doesn’t matter if it’s a Chihuahua, house cat, or a horse. Start with 3 weeks and go from there. Can I use this if I have allergies?
Great question! While ingredients like Black Walnut or Ivermectin are mentioned in our product descriptions, they are present only as frequency imprints—not in their physical, biochemical form. That means there are no plant parts, nuts, or chemical substances in the formula.
Because frequencies are non-material and vibrational in nature, they are not known to trigger allergic responses.
Allergies typically involve the immune system reacting to a physical substance, like a protein or compound.

Can I use it with the herbs/medications I'm already doing?

Consistency is key with getting results from essences. How long the bottle lasts depends on how on top of dosing out of one bottle you all are and how long of a stint you feel you need to do. We recommend 3 weeks for your initial use, and then around the full moon as maintenance.
Do I need to take a binder with it?
Maybe, maybe not—it really depends on your body and how it responds. We don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all binder protocol. In fact, in some cases, adding a binder too soon or using the wrong one can actually make things feel heavier or slow things down.
If you already have a binder you trust and you know it works well for your system, go for it. But if you’re unsure or new to this type of cleansing, it’s totally okay to start without one and assess from there. More about all that here.
Can my kid, dog, cat, exotic bird take it?
Many people choose to share frequency-based essences with their pets and families—including cats, dogs, and even birds—because the formulas are vibrational and contain no active herbs or pharmaceuticals. Frequencies interact energetically and are generally considered gentle across species.

Do I have to be on a special diet like other parasite cleanses say?

The first and most generally accepted idea by many wellness advocates is to starve them out by eliminating sugar, wheat and pork, though the advice varies.
The other approach is to not try to change your diet since your brain also needs a certain amount of sugar to function and parasites/candida are most likely getting it before your brain can. Therefore you clear the terrain first and clean your diet up after, so your system is less hospitable for future infections.
