Malva aids in stopping the cycles of rejection. For many of us life is always about what we perceive things to be and not what they necessarily are in reality. I PUT IT IN THE...
I HAVE BEEN SCAPEGOATED A LOT BY GROUPS AND I CAN BE VERY GUARDED BECAUSE OF THIS AND ALIENATE POTENTIAL SUPPORT.THIS HELPED ME WITH ANOTHER MALLOW ,SWEET PEA AND CENTAURY ETC.

Malva - unsure about...
i took Malva on its own and i found that it caused rumination and sleeplessness because of that and a re-run of things recently dealt with and 'put to bed' . I stopped it after a week of this and tried again and same thing happened. i wanted to be sure i had no linger issues to face .... not sure what to make of it . I am sure it has done good in forcing painful feelings to rise to surface but then left there ...... needed other essences to feel 'relief' and healing - namely Stay Calm and Joy.....

Gently and...
I used this in tandem with catalpa and moonbeam coreopsis, for the larger issue of lifelong insecurity in relationships. They worked well together. With this one I noticed that I was no longer putting up with certain things in my life, as this works on the issue of rejection. I thought my spirit would be changing to accommodate current relationships; instead my spirit changed to discern which were no longer serving me.
