Xhosa flower essence— “white ways/white paths"(also known as African Dream Root) is a plant native to the Eastern Cape of South Africa, where it is regarded by the Xhosa people as a sacred plant. Its root is traditionally used to induce vivid (and according to the Xhosa, prophetic) dreams. This is the essence form, so none of the alkaloids traditionally used are present. 

Blends containing Xhosa Flower Essence:

  • Dream Drops- for dreaming, remembering and increasing the vividness.  

This is a 1 oz bottle that should last about a month of daily dosing.

    Helpful for revelation, especially for land...

    I really like working with Xhosa for revelation, especially for land matters. I find myself gravitating to it most when I am working to gain breakthrough on matters related to the land and territorial issues. It helps me be more attuned to tapping into the "ancient ways." I know a lot of people use it more for personal revelation and development, but I think it's a great essence for those who are called to land work as well. Every time I pick it up I feel inspired, stirred with an enthusiasm to get outside and into nature. Definitely a fave.

    I am sensitive to flower essences, and have gotten a lot of use out of them in the past, so I was not only open to this working, I was genuinely looking forward to using it. No dice. I got absolutely nothing out of either this product or the Coleus essence. I regret both purchases.
