Secret Rose is made from the hybrid tea rose sold as 'Secret' (cultivar HILaroma), bred by Daniel Tracy and a 1994 All-America Rose Selections winner.
The blooms open creamy yellow, edged with pink, and turn pinker as they open fully. The canes carry very few prickles, and young wood has almost none.
