Confidence Flower Essence

Using Confidence Flower Essence has honestly made a big difference in my daily life. I’ve found myself speaking up more, joining conversations I would’ve stayed quiet in, and trying new things without getting stuck in my head. It’s like a quiet little push that helps me show up as a more confident version of myself.

I tried the sample of this, and I felt it immediately after the first dose! Now I haven’t gone a day without it for the past month. I’m blown away at how well it works… I struggle with self-worth issues and can get very self conscious and try to hide my face and avoid eye contact. I definitely noticed a huge change especially when my skin was breaking out; I still felt confident enough to face everyone and make eye contact, when I would normally try to hide and avoid conversation out of shame. I got this for my son who's very reserved in general, to get him to open up and express himself more. This blend really helps that along. The shifts were subtle, but I could pick them out enough to know that he was definitely starting to express his preferences more, or finding the words to make himself be better understood, not afraid to share what's going on in his head etc. so grateful for this blend!

This essence has helped me in a number of ways. Right away I was shown a big memory/reason for a weak spot around the back of my heart that has always troubled me.
