Crisis Care- Your go-to in case your healing gets too intense, or if you find yourself in intense circumstances. Back off the other essences and use Crisis Care until you feel ready to move forward again.
Fragment Finder- This essence helps to bring about a resolution to buried emotional wounds which have caused the formation of fragments and alters by bringing things to light. It's action varies from "flushing the bushes" and bringing up a split in your soul that needs to be addressed, to spontaneous integration and healing.
Aftershock- The essence to use to repair and restore after any kind of deeply emotional shock, old or new. Recommended for, but not limited to war vets, victims of abuse, accidents or sexual crimes.
Heart Healer- Eases the pain of heartbreak, abandonment, rejection and co-dependency.
Healthy Intimacy- Healthy Intimacy addresses a range of sexual and relational issues due to past trauma, generational trauma, and conditioned beliefs concerning sex and love.

You can start with any essence you like, but we generally recommend you start with Fragment Finder and use the techniques in the book to deal with them as they come up. Fragment...
Hello I bought the kit and have just started on Fragment yesterday. After 1 day of use and only 8 drops as well as being new to the flower world... all i can say is ..YEA THIS THE REAL DEAL. Fragment Finder is not for the faint of heart.. go slow and read the book.. absolutely amazing. Things I had been feeling are so well articulated in the book.. I finally feel seen. I told my husband Im not even sure how I came across this website but it divinely showed up and I thank God for it. Im going to try heart healer now bc Fragment was very intense and i need to walk slowly into that one. I had weird dreams last night using Fragment as well as a knowing of trauma being inherited from the women in my family even back to my maternal Grandmother..to my mother ..to me.. maybe even back further. So these are things I wil bring before Jesus and seek deliverance and healing from inherited trauma in my bloodline as well as womb healing. Improving...
I discovered flower essences from reading the book included before I bought the kit. It is an excellent read, and really shines light on an important subject: healing past traumas. I was able to share this copy with my mom. I started taking fragment finder first, and while I did have a healing crisis at first, I am feeling more whole and complete everyday. I am now able to question when I have reactions where it may be coming from and ask Jesus to heal it, and I notice I am no longer bothered by other situations that used to set me off. It's amazingly refreshing, and I'm a much calmer person, and not as stressed out as I once was. I also decided to try something different. I take FF in the morning hours and take Healthy Intimacy in the evening hours. My family relationships are improving. I'm spending more time with my kids, communicating better with my husband, and finally respecting myself and setting boundaries. I have had a few healing crises but I know to bring it back to God and He always helps. I consider these essences part of my answer to prayer as I have been praying for a while for emotional healing because I knew I had many unresolved traumas and I was tired of reacting and feeling like a child while others around me appeared to be acting like adults. I have even ordered custom blends for my children to help them. I can't speak highly enough of these products.

I love my broken to whole kit. I started with fragment finder and my dreams started to reveal bits and pieces of buried memories. I had to back off on that for now and have used crisis care. I love that the kit has both kinds of essences. Those that bring deep healing and those that help you still live to function well daily.

Broken to whole: the answer I’ve been looking...
I’ve been using essential oils for years, so it took me a while to get on the bandwagon and understand how essences and frequencies work. Now that I’ve done this protocol for a month now I feel such a difference for the better. I’ve used many healing ❤️? modalities over the years and can really feel that this product is special. I look forward to seeing what these essences will continue to do for me, I have a lot to unpack. Fragment finder has been uprooting some past trauma from childhood but all I do when it gets to be too much is back off and use crisis care to restabalize and try again later. I’m so excited I want to try everything else but I know I need to take the healing process slowly, looking forward to all the products I will use in the coming years. This is the answer I’ve been looking for praise Jesus.

Slow and...
I have been using this kit for about a month and have only tried two. I did the fragment finder for several weeks and was having powerful dreams, crying spells and feeling deep emotion. Then I had a strong desire to try the Crisis Care so I've transitioned to that now for a few weeks. I am feeling more balanced overall and stronger. I’m excited to continue as I feel this is just a tip of the iceberg and I’m liking what I’m experiencing so far.
