It is 3:14am and you are awake again. Not the kind of awake where you check the clock and roll back into sleep. The other kind. The kind where a dream just put something in front of you that you have spent twenty years not looking at directly, and now your body is wide open and your mind is trying to file it before the feeling lands.
You sit up. The room is dark. You can hear your own breathing. There is a prayer already moving through you, the same one you have prayed a thousand times, asking for the part of you that just surfaced to come the rest of the way home.
And underneath the prayer, very quiet, the recognition you have been refusing to name: something in you is still standing in a room you walked out of decades ago. Still holding the same posture. Still bracing for the same sound.
You know how to pray. You know how to listen. You know how to bring this to Jesus. The problem is not that you do not know what to do. The problem is that the part of you that needs to receive what you are praying is not all the way here.
Maybe it is not 3am for you. Maybe it is the moment in the conversation where your body answered before your mind did, or the song that takes you somewhere you cannot quite name, or the layer of grief that does not seem to have an event attached to it. The scene is different. The recognition is the same. Something is asking, and the work you have already done has not been able to reach what is asking.
That is the moment this kit is built for.
You Have Done Real Work
You have done the therapy, sat through the deliverance, walked the prayer ministries, learned the modalities, prayed the prayers, kept the journals. Some of it moved real ground. Some of it touched the surface of something that needed to be reached deeper. You are not looking for a starter kit. You are looking for what meets the layer underneath the work you have already done.
The Layer Underneath
The framework here is soul fragments. The pieces of yourself that left, or hid, or split off when something became too much for the system to hold all at once. Pieces that are still doing the job they took on years ago, often without your conscious permission, often in ways that show up as a flinch, an avoidance, a relationship pattern, a body symptom, a part of you that goes offline when a certain kind of pressure shows up.
In the Christian frame the kit holds, those fragments are not gone and they are not strangers. They are parts of you that need to be found, addressed, and welcomed back to the core where Jesus does the actual healing. The kit does not heal anyone. The kit makes the territory accessible so the healing can happen. Jesus does the work. The essences open the door. The book gives you a framework so what surfaces does not surface into a vacuum.
You have led other people into freedom you cannot quite settle into yourself. That is not a failure. That is what happens when the gift outpaces the inner real estate. This is the work that lets the freedom you have already given other people land inside your own house.
What Is in the Kit
The kit is one co-authored Christian book on soul fragments and five flower essence blends, each doing a distinct job in a coordinated system. The book opens the framework. The essences open the territory.
Broken to Whole (the book) — co-authored Christian inner-healing book on soul fragments and the journey home. The book gives you the language, the theology, and the road map for what you are about to find. Without it, Fragment Finder catalyzes surfacing into a framework you have to invent on the fly. With it, what comes up has a place to go.
Crisis Care — the steady-hand blend. Arnica for presence and against dissociation, Cherry Plum to guard against the breakdown feeling when emotions surge past capacity, Star of Bethlehem for the classic crisis-aftermath signature, Fireweed for renewal after devastation, Maltese Cross to transform shattering events into propellant rather than damage, and Pear for calm-confidence. This is the panic-button blend, the one you keep close when other essences catalyze more than the day can hold.
Fragment Finder — the catalyst. Echinacea moves the traumatized self toward integration. Arnica releases body-locked emotional residue. Black-eyed Susan refuses to let buried pain stay buried, bringing the repressed into light. Comfrey carries the knit-bone signature, unlocking shut-down protection mechanisms and supporting the memory-and-dream activity that lets fragments resurface. Bittersweet gathers lost soul parts from the dark places they have been hiding. Begonia performs heart-level mending of the original split wound. Without this layer, fragments can be located but not welcomed back. This is the welcome. Skullcap mends fences between dissociated parts so they can communicate. Marie Pavie Rose carries the deepest signature in the blend, supporting communication between alters and the core self and reaching layers that include ritual-abuse trauma when that is part of the history. Use this one with the book. Vivid dreams and spontaneous integration are the standard reports.
Aftershock — the body-still-flinches blend. Arnica, Star of Bethlehem, Fireweed, Comfrey, Echinacea, Moonbeam Coreopsis (whole-system recuperation signature), and Self-Heal (which motivates the system to engage its own healing). This is for the pattern where your mind has processed the event, you have prayed it through, you have done the work, and your body still reacts to a smell or a tone of voice or a doorway as if no time has passed. Stored shock that the cognitive layer cannot reach.
Heart Healer — Bleeding Heart, Catalpa, Chicory, Harebell, Malva, Oregon Grape, and Sweet William. Heartbreak, abandonment, rejection, the codependency cycles that form around early-life loss. This is the blend for the part of the work where the wound is relational, where someone left, where the love did not arrive, where you learned to hold yourself together by holding onto the wrong things.
Healthy Intimacy — Butterfly Weed, Basil, Hyssop, Iceberg Rose, Easter Lily, Evening Primrose, and Rosemary. Sexual abuse aftermath, conditioned beliefs about intimacy, generational patterns that traveled into your body before you could name them, the dissociation that shows up in places it was not supposed to follow you into. This is the blend for the layer of healing that does not feel safe to talk about and does not get touched in most prayer rooms.
How the Kit Moves Together
These five essences plus the book are not five separate products bundled for convenience. The kit holds both the depth work and the daily steadiness in the same box, on purpose, because real inner-healing seasons need both.
The book is the framework that lets surfacing make sense. Without it, what comes up has nowhere to go. With it, what comes up has language, theology, and a path home.
Fragment Finder is the catalyst. It opens territory faster than most tools, surfacing dreams and memory and body sensation that the cognitive work has not been able to reach. Surfacing without containment is the failure mode of this work, and that is what Crisis Care exists for inside the kit. When Fragment Finder opens more than the day can hold, Crisis Care steadies the system and gives you somewhere to land while the surfaced material settles. The two work as a paired rhythm: open, settle, open, settle, on your own timing.
Aftershock catches the body residue the cognitive work cannot reach. The mind processes the event. The body keeps reacting as if it has not. Aftershock addresses that gap.
Heart Healer and Healthy Intimacy address the specific layers of relational and intimate wounding that almost always sit underneath the broader fragmentation pattern, because so much of the original fragmenting happened inside relationship and inside the body's most vulnerable territory. They tend to come into play in the later phase of a season, after Fragment Finder has done its surfacing work and the question shifts from what happened to me toward how I now live and love and stay close from healed ground.
One book, five blends, one season of soul-level work. You move between them as the season calls. You do not finish one and start the next. You let the work tell you what it needs and the kit gives you the right answer in the box.
What Changes
A self that holds together under pressure that used to scatter it. A heart that can receive without bracing. A body that stops flinching at memories the mind already forgave. The capacity to minister to other people from healed ground instead of from the same wound you are still managing in private.
The internal sense that the part of you that has been frozen at a particular age, in a particular room, in a particular memory, is no longer alone there. Dreams that bring up old material with enough distance that you can actually look at it. Prayer that goes deeper because there is more of you present to pray it. The ability to say yes to the next thing God is asking of you without the old fragmenting flinch coming up first.

I love my broken to whole kit. I started with fragment finder and my dreams started to reveal bits and pieces of buried memories. I had to back off on that for now and have used crisis care. I love that the kit has both kinds of essences. Those that bring deep healing and those that help you still live to function well daily. — Deardra
I have been using this kit for about a month and have only tried two. I did the fragment finder for several weeks and was having powerful dreams, crying spells and feeling deep emotion. Then I had a strong desire to try the Crisis Care so I've transitioned to that now for a few weeks. I am feeling more balanced overall and stronger. — Erica
Have done a lot of deliverance but this happens with out all tire some work. Highly recommend it. — Abhilasha

I figured out that Crisis Care helps when you're in the midst of a crisis or in trauma. Aftershock is for afterwards and it helps with the root cause of why that thing you experienced was so triggering. — Adina
Common Questions
Do I have to be a Christian to use this?
No. You can use the essences and donate the book to someone the framework would serve. The harder honesty is that the book exists in this kit on purpose. Fragment Finder catalyzes surfacing, and surfacing without a framework to resolve what comes up is cruel to yourself. If you are not going to use the book, you need to be confident you have your own scaffolding in place — a therapist who works with dissociation, an inner-healing practitioner you trust, a modality you have real fluency with, or a clear sense of how you hold what comes up. The essences are willing to do their job. Your support layer needs to be ready for the job.
Where should I start?
Most people begin with Fragment Finder and read the book alongside it. The book opens the framework. Fragment Finder opens the territory. Keep Crisis Care close from day one. Add Aftershock, Heart Healer, and Healthy Intimacy as the season calls for them. You will know.
What if Fragment Finder brings up more than I can hold?
That is what Crisis Care is for. Back off Fragment Finder, take Crisis Care, let the system settle. Return when you are ready. The work is not on a deadline. Your nervous system sets the pace, not your timeline.
Can I use this alongside therapy, EMDR, or medication?
Yes. The kit is a support layer alongside other modalities, not a replacement. People use Fragment Finder between sessions to bring material forward that they then work through with their practitioner. If you are on medication, continue exactly as your doctor prescribed. Flower essences are not medications and are generally compatible with ongoing treatment, but always check with your provider.
The Choice
You can keep doing the work the way you have been doing it. The therapy, the prayer, the deliverance, the journaling, the books. None of that is wasted and none of it is replaced by what is in this box.
Or you can add the layer that meets the part of the work the cognitive and even the spiritual layers have not been able to reach on their own. The fragments do not respond to argument. They respond to being found, addressed at the level they are stuck at, and welcomed back to a self that is finally home enough to receive them.
The prayer you have always prayed begins to reach further because there is more of you present to receive it.
