How It Works:
- You'll get an email right after you purchase with the liability release, which must be signed for every order. If you're not yet a Vital Essence Association member, it will also include the VEA Membership Agreement to sign.
- Once your documents are signed, you'll get an email from your bioessence practitioner to schedule your phone consultation. It will come from a different email address with the subject line "Bioessence Consultation", so check your spam folder. You'll need to provide a valid phone number when scheduling.
- At your scheduled call time, you and Eve chat about your health goals and which bioessences might serve you best: which ones to try, what to combine, and how to fit them into your routine. Consultations are typically completed within a week of purchase.

Is a custom blend included with this consultation?
No, this is a consultation only. No blend, no bottles. If during your consultation you and your practitioner decide a custom blend is the better fit, you can pay the upgrade option to add a custom blend to your full consultation. Or if you already know you want a custom blend, order a Physical Focused Custom Combo instead.
Is this for emotional issues?

What happens in a consultation?
Your consultation is a phone call with our partner naturopath, Dr. Geneve Bean. You'll chat about your health goals and which bioessences might serve you best: which ones to try, what to combine, and how to fit them into your routine. Her bio is available below so you can get to know her before your call.
How do I use the essences?
Same dosage as with all the other essences. As a general rule, we suggest focusing on about 3 physical issues at a time and using one frequency set (bioessence) at a time, but everyone is different, and Eve may suggest more, or essences that complement each other, depending on your goals. Figuring that out is part of what the consultation is for. You should be familiar with basic essence usage and how to scale your dose up and down before your consultation. Your practitioner will not spend consultation time going over these instructions.
If you would like to buy one of these, please read the following carefully. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms:
- You agree to provide an email address that you actually own and check.
- You agree to respond within 5 days of making your purchase. If you cannot respond within 5 days, your order will be canceled and you’ll receive store credit so you can try again at a more appropriate time for you.
- You agree to actually communicate to the best of your ability what you're working on. The guidance you get is only as good as what you share. Listing symptoms without any context won't help Eve point you toward the right essences. It is also not our job to diagnose you.
- If you are new to essences, you agree to educate yourself through one or more of the many channels we’ve made available. Consultation time will not be used to explain basics of what essences are, what your dosage should be, etc. The very best way to learn is to be on our email list. You can also browse our blog, which is full of great information to get you up to speed.
- Essences can stir stuff up. We make no guarantees that you will not experience emotional upheaval or healing crises. Again, please educate yourself (see above point) to learn to recognize and mitigate these occurrences.
- Consultations are conducted by phone. You agree to provide a working phone number and answer at your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancel before your phone consultation and you'll receive a full refund as store credit. Once your consultation call has taken place, there are no refunds.
Ordering for Another Person:
You may only order for yourself, your legal dependents, or your own pet. Your children over 18 are adults and need to order for themselves. Your spouse is an adult and needs to order for themselves. If you are a practitioner of some kind, your clients are not your dependents, they need to order themselves.
If you order for another person that is not your dependent we will not do the consultation with you, nor will we have you play middleman forwarding emails to the intended recipient. Your order will be canceled and returned as store credit and you will need to encourage the person to order themselves if they would like a consultation.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Cancel before your phone consultation has taken place and you'll receive a full refund as store credit. Once your consultation call has happened, there are no refunds, including if you're unhappy with the answers you receive. Any other items on your order ship as normal and follow our regular return policy over here.

Bioessence Practitioner: Geneve Bean
Dr. Geneve Bean was born and raised in SE Idaho on a small farm. She too has worn many hats in life. As a child she had many health issues and ran the gamut of modern healthcare. After being poked and prodded for years she took measures into her own hands and embraced natural healing and has never looked back. Dr. Bean or Dr. "Eve" as many refer to her as, has a degree in Holistic Nutrition as well as a Doctorate in Naturopathy. She started teaching herb classes locally in 2013.
