Super Helpful in Breaking Bad...
Ok, I confess - Sometimes when I'm not feeling well, I like to indulge in online games. Of course, they can be addictive. Breaking the habit when it's time to get back to work can be tough. I was pretty frustrated with myself. As I prayed for a solution, I heard the word so strongly in my heart, "Dogbane." I'd gotten the essence a bit ago, but hadn't spent enough time testing it to know what it was good for. Sure enough, when the thought to spend "just a few minutes" playing a silly game came up, the previously strong compulsions were replaced with a new ease. I felt myself respond positively instead, "Nah, you don't need to do that. You can make a better choice. Let's get back to the plan." I started using Dogbane shortly after I tested another essence created for weight loss support, and the two together worked really well. I noticed the difference when I temporarily stopped taking it. The progress I had made started to erode. Now I'm back on track and looking forward to continued progress. My positive results spurred me to do a little research on Dogbane. One of the benefits reported by others is its ability to support work with deep patterns that prove difficult to shift. I definitely found this to be true.
